Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At Veenus Software Solution, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.

Course/Service Cancellation by the User

• Cancellations made within 3 days of the course/service start date are eligible for a refund.
• To request a cancellation, email us at info@vssasr.com with your full name, service/course details, and reason for cancellation.
• If the cancellation request is approved, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days prior to the course or service start date.
• No-shows or absence without prior notice will also be treated as last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient registrations, instructor unavailability, technical issues).
• In such cases, participants will be offered:
  • A full refund, or
  • An option to reschedule or transfer to another batch or course.
