Refunds are applicable only for services/courses purchased directly through vssasr.com.
Requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds will not be provided for partially used services, missed sessions, or digital downloads (if any).
Non-Refundable Items

Registration fees or administrative charges (if applicable).
Services already rendered or completed.
Customized training or one-on-one mentoring sessions.
How to Request a Refund

Your full name
Date of purchase
Payment receipt or transaction ID
Reason for the refund request
Processing Time
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 5-7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
